Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

1.1 ‘Trinity Publications’ is a business name registered by Junikaba Pty Ltd (ABN: 36 297 496 155 ). All references to Trinity Publications are to mean  Junikaba Pty Ltd as trustee for Junikaba Family Trust. Trinity College London (ABN: 21 526 227 699) is not associated with this business. ‘We’, ‘Us’ refers to Trinity Publications.

1.2 The rights described in this agreement are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

1.3 Other than as permitted by law, we do not exclude any rights associated with the Australian Consumer Law.

1.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed under the Laws of Queensland, Australia.

1.5 These terms and conditions may be varied at any time and your continued use of our services shall be deemed to be your agreement to these terms and conditions.

2. Orders & Shipping

2.1 All orders must be prepaid via an approved payment method, unless credit has been extended in writing. No products will be shipped until payment is made. 

2.2. All orders will be shipped within a reasonable timeframe of being made (except in cases of backorder products).

2.3 Products will be shipped via Australia Post without Insurance. All products are shipped with a tracking number. We do not cover for lost items by Australia Post.

2.4 Our obligations to you are fulfilled once items are shipped with Australia Post.

2.5 The approved payment method is PayPal or credit card. From time to time, we may authorize other payment methods in writing.

3. Backorders

3.1 Backorder products will be treated differently from normal orders. Where products must be shipped from an overseas supplier, we may withhold shipping of the other products in your order until all products have arrived.

3.2 Backorder products can carry a significant waiting time – we make no guarantees as to timeframe of arrival.

3.3 All other shipping guarantees are excluded for backorders. 

4. Refunds

4.1 We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

4.2 We will provide a refund for the following cases:

4.2.1 A failure made by us or one of our agents

4.2.2 Where required under the Australian Consumer Law

5. Exclusions 

5.1 We exclude all representations made on the website. You should not rely on other statements found within the information pages of this website in making your purchase decision. 

5.2 To the extent permissible by law, Trinity Publications expressly disclaims all conditions and warranties, express or implied, in respect of the service. Where the law precludes such exclusion and implies certain conditions and warranties into this agreement, the liability of Trinity Publications for breach of such condition or warranty shall be limited, where legally permissible, at the option of Trinity Publications, to any one of the following:

5.2.1 supplying the service again; or

5.2.2 payment of the cost of having the service supplied again, or the actual loss or damage.

5.3 Notwithstanding any other clause in the Trinity Publications Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable to the customer for any indirect and/or consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising from the provision of any of our Services.
